The KAM B2B role focuses on driving business growth by managing relationships with System Integrators (SIs) and key partners in the enterprise networking and video surveillance market. The role is responsible for executing B2B sales strategies aligned with local business objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.

It also serves as a key link between partners and internal teams such as pre-sales and marketing to ensure proper solution positioning, partner enablement, and business opportunity development.


B2B Account & SI Management

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with System Integrators and B2B partners, driving new business opportunities within the enterprise networking and surveillance ecosystem.


Sales Execution & Target Achievement

  • Execute B2B sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets in line with company strategy.


Business Development

  • Identify and develop opportunities within existing and new SI accounts to expand business scope and revenue.


Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to support solution positioning, partner enablement, and demand generation.


Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer records.

Requisitos

Experience:

  • 1–5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in technology, networking, or surveillance industries.
  • Experience with System Integrators or channel-based sales models.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship-building and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic environments.


Languages:

  • English required.
